About the Novartis Campus in Basel
The Novartis headquarters in Basel, Switzerland, include a state-of-the-art center for research, development, and global management. First-class architecture and exquisite design contribute towards a working environment that encourages innovation, creativity, and cross-departmental collaboration. In addition to international star architects such as Frank O. Gehry and David Chipperfield, the Japanese architects Tadao Ando, Fumihiko Maki, Sejima & Nishizawa (SANAA), and Yoshio Taniguchi have helped shape the campus with their office and laboratory buildings.
After a welcome by Novartis country president Matthias Leuenberger, Novartis chief architect Marco Serra will give visitors an exclusive tour, which will also feature the buildings designed by Japanese architects.
